Pat’s been a licensed Associate Broker for 15 years spending most of that time with RE/MAX. In Addition he’s been a licensed home improvement contractor for 18 years, and although he doesn’t do much in the way of home building now, his past experience with the trade, continued interest in innovative changes to construction techniques, code changes and “green building,” enables him to better communicate with new home contractors and end-users. Pat’s career in real estate started with the simple intent to help perpetuate his family´s building business, and has evolved into a diverse mixture of existing home, new home, investment property and land sales...occasionally dabbling in land development. Pat and his wife Amy have lived in the Westminster area for many years and participate in may fun activities together and a part. They are recent parents of twin girls.
