Advertising Submission

 
 

You can submit an ad to Landmark three ways. First, you can email your photos, corresponding copy, and agent information directly to the sales rep listed under each calendar on our web site, you can have a rep physically stop by your home or office if you're nearby, or you can submit your ad online via our PM2/EZ ad process. For now however we will walk you through the typical process, which will further explain the various dates on our magazine calendars.

The first thing you'll need to do is set up an account with Landmark. This can be done by filling out and returning a credit card authorization form and faxing it to 410-857-8777.  This is a PDF form that can be filled out online however you will need to print it out and fax to our billing department. Once the account is established you're all set.

Your assigned representative is dependent on your physical location. For example, if you want to run an ad in one of our Maryland publications but your office is located in West Virginia , you'll need to contact the representative located in the area where you are licensed.  Visit the calendar/contact links to the left for detailed information.

On the calendars you'll notice a date that says, “Ad Process Begins”. This is when you'll want to begin sending material. If emailing your copy be specific. Make sure that photos correspond with copy etc. The more information you supply the better.  If you need any type of assistance whatsover please do not hesitate to contact your sales representative.

Once your ad is processed you'll receive a proof via email. It is extremely important that you check your ad as Landmark is not responsible for errors due to overlooked or disregarded proofs. Once you open your proof link you will see a PDF of your ad. Simply hit the “back” button on your browser and you will see directions for submitting your corrections. If you need a second proof you will indicate that at this time. VERY IMPORTANT! If you submit a new or updated photo at proof time, be sure to email it directly to our production department at adproofs@lcniofmd.com . DO NOT email the photo solely to your ad rep. If he or she is out of the office they have no way to forward this to production until their return and by then it may be past deadline. It is important to remember that, once you receive a proof, correspondence should focus between you and our production department.
