Polly Beckner welcomes two new team members

"Real estate is about more than just being a Realtor®," Polly Beckner reveals. "It's being willing to do what it takes and having the knowledge and experience to bring a client's house to settlement."

Sometimes that even means improving on twenty years of a good thing. The award-winning new team, the Call Polly Beckner, Jack Group & Dave Keller Group.

"Instead of approaching real estate with an 'end-ofthe-month' mindset, we think about creating a customer for life," she says.

Polly and her longtime assistant, JoAnne Mead, have always prided themselvese on their willingness to get into the trenches and perservere in the face of adversity. They've placed an importance on doing the little things right in order to deliver results.

"Our philosophy has always been that the countless, unseen details are the only difference between mediorce and magnificent results," she says.

"The difference is that now, when someone calls, there are four of us to assist them," she says.

We're going to be there to help each other, but clients will still get individual representation. It's not as if they're going to deal with a different one of us for every part of the process."

Her new partners bring a powerful lcombination of customer service prowess and winning personality to the table. Jack Group brings a military background and extensive customer service experience to the team. Group is committed to avoiding shortcuts and doing things the right way from

the start. He's joined by Dave Keller, a veteran of the construction industry. After building homes of several years, Keller decided to make the switch to real estate. He lends a unique perspective and an understanding of what makes a satisfied customer.

"One thing I've learned is that people–whether buying or selling a home–want to have communication with their Realtor® during every step of the process," Keller says. "They want to know what's going on."

Polly wants to make it clear that the group was formed to increase the kind of individualized service that clients have come to expect from her, not to avoid it. Each member of the team has completed the Integrity Selling course to enhance their customer service and teamwork skills.
